The Village of Greenwood is looking for a Temporary/Seasonal Public Works Winter Maintenance Employee to join our team this winter season.

If you have experience operating snow-clearing equipment, are mechanically inclined, enjoy working outdoors, and can handle physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions, we want to hear from you!

-Starting wage: $24.77/hour

-Scheduled 20 hours per week

-Must be available for up to an additional 15 hours per week as required

-Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required for weather-related and winter maintenance operations 

Requirements:

-Snow clearing equipment operator experience

-Valid driver's licence, driver's abstract, and criminal record check

-Reliable, dependable, and possess excellent communication skills

-Ability to work in various weather conditions 

Previous Public Works or Municipal winter maintenance experience is an asset
